Just dropping you a letter to let you know how satisfied we are with the complete procedure of our dealing with your company. It started by reading your brochures and meeting with your salesman Mr. Randal Phipps 
at the Home Show at the Save On Centre in March. Upon speaking with Randal at the home show we set up an appointment with him to come to our home to speak to us and give us a quote for our roof. Having worked with salespeople all our lives in work and pleasure we found Randal to be a very professional salesman and we did not feel pressured at anytime. The roofing material was delivered and the installers notified us when they would be ready to start work on our roof. The installation took place as agreed upon. We have had great remarks from our neighbours stating that they were very impressed with the way the roofers worked… no loud music and no loud talking going on with the roofers while they worked. We agreed with them and had spoken between ourselves about the roofers quality of work ethics. Their clean up was also excellent.
We are very happy with this Company and we will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future. The roof we choose was Brown Slate and we love it and it looks great.

Michael's work was efficient and very well done. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the roof. I particularly like the finishing touches on the roof edges and around the chimney's flashing. Michael did an excellent job!
My home now has a much better cleaner profile. I am also surprised at how there is no extra noise on a rainy day - and we do have those rainy days here on the west coast. I had actually thought this may be an issue with the home being 80 years old as no extra sound proofing allowable, so am very pleased with the outcome.

Dear Mr. James:
We had the "slate look" Interlock aluminum shingles recently installed on our home replacing the original cedar shakes.
The overall process has been very positive. The materials were delivered in a timely manner and the work crew who completed the installation were friendly and efficient. There was a minimum of disruption to our home and the final cleanup was very thorough. The finished product looks beautiful and we are confident that the roof will never again be a concern.
Anyone planning to install a new roof or replace an existing roof should look at as many systems as is practical before selecting a specific system. We had carefully considered many roofing systems and styles and finally choose the Interlock system without any regrets. Our new roof will likely outlast us but the value - with its warranty - will be assumed by any new owner. The appearance, strength and durability of our new roof are well worth the price.

We knew we would require a new roof soon, so when information about Interlock Roofing Systems arrived, the timing was great. We were very impressed with the product and the lifetime warranty for both the material and the installation. A wide choice of colours and finishes allowed us to pick the roof that would most enhance the appearance of our house.
The installation process was equal to the high standard of the product. The crew was efficient, tidy, and friendly. The installation included new colour matched flashing and vents which exceeded those of the original roof in both function and aesthetics. Attention to detail was meticulous. We received positive comments from neighbours before the installation was complete. It looked that good!
Everyone we had contact with during the process was professional, knowledgable and helpful. This roof has definately added to the curb appeal of our house. It has been a great investment with the added benefit that we will never have to re-roof again.

It enhances the look of the house and just looks GREAT! We often see people stop as they walk, or are driving by and we know they are checking out the roof just as we do every time we turn on to the street heading home.
The crew that removed the existing roof and the crew that installed the new roof were both courteous and industrious and we have nothing but praise for their efforts (The installers worked though the hottest weeks of the summer past). It is with pleasure to make the following statement to whom it may concern:
We are the proud owners of a new Interlock Lifetime aluminum roof. This is our fourth and final roof since 1972 when we build. The removal of our 3rd shingle roof was a bit of a chore but we are glad we did took that choice, the asphalt shingle grit would remain a permanent problem fouling up the gutters. Despite the initial outlay we would have been far ahead if we had chosen this lifetime roof when we build in 1972. However the transferable warranty will always benefit our decision and would have saved us much grief for the past 38 years. The employees of Interlock Systems show their understanding of the system as their second nature, and the back-up by the company is prompt. The regular clean-up is well taken care of while they progress with the installation.
The steep pitch of the 4000 square feet roof didn't appear to be any problem and and the installation included 400 square feet of flat roof and not to forget the doghouse.

I just wanted to thank you and Interlock for the wonderful job Rod and Tarek did on my new roof. I am so pleased with their work and of course, with the roof itself. I will be recommending Interlock to everyone I can. I think it is the best decision I could have made.
I was very impressed with Rod and Tarek. They were very personable and totally professional. There were a few hiccups along the way that they handled calmly and well. One example is that I have a plastic panel roof over my back porch. They had to remove it to replace the fascia board underneath. They devised a plan and carried it out. The roof is back in place as it was and they sealed the opening between it and the house roof so there is no leakage at all.
I asked to keep the old fascia boards that were in not too bad shape and they placed them in my back yard for me, throwing away the really rotten ones. I had a delivery while they were here and the delivery man just dropped the shed in the garage and left the pallet. Rod grabbed it and carried it to the guy and told him to take it away. Then Rod and Tarek moved the shed to a better place for me.
As you can see, they not only did a fast and professional job on the roof, but went beyond their job to help me with a few little things, which I greatly appreciated.
Thank you again for doing such a great job. I would love to have your job sign on my front yard so that people can see who did my roof and as I said, I will gladly recommend Interlock to any and all.

Our son, who builds high end homes on Vancouver Island, had seen Interlock roofs in the course of his work and recommended that we look into this company when the time came to replace our aging roof. We were impressed with the immediate response we got from the company when contacted and the speed with which the project came to life. The reps who visited our home showed us all of the various colours and styles available, explained the installation process, and were very personable as well as totally professional.
Installation took place just before Christmas which is not usually considered roofing weather, but since the old roof remained in place work moved along at a good pace and our hard working team was done in just over three days. Absolutely no mess was created. Now we are the envy of the neighbourhood and we never have to think about roofing again. The two men Adam and Frank who worked on the roof were good to deal with, very polite, and tidy. They worked very hard to get the job done in a timely fashion. After considering many different roof styles and systems, I chose Interlock because I was tired of curling and cracking old duroid roof shingles. My problem was unique, in that, I was surrounded by large fir trees, which shed unlimited needles on my roof, not to mention moss problems. This product answered my concerns. Because of the smooth Teflon surface nothing sticks to it and I’m not concerned about the moss.
The true test of a good roof is the installer. Antonio was our roofer, I found him to be very professional and considerate of our time. He removed the old chimney and reinforced the hold in the roof like a professional contractor and did not compromise in any way.
The look of the roof and the quality of workmanship is what impressed me most.
Now I get all sorts of comments on my roof!

Our interlock aluminum roof is now installed and my wife and i couldn't be more pleased with the end result. The new roof has made a great improvement to the overall appearance of the house. We are also happy with the colour and type of shingles that were chosen.
My wife and i ere particulary impressed with the installers, Antonio and Dan. Tey worked diligently and efficienty during some very warm days with no shade to offer any protection from the hot sun. They conducted themselves courteouly and professionally and were excellent representatives for interlock. After the roof installation was complete, the entire area was cleaned up and left tidy. Antonio and Dan did a first class job with a first class product.

I hired Interlock Roofing to install a new roof on my log home and out building. The house has a 12/12 pitch and requires all the old shakes removed and disposed of. The perimeter of the house is heavily landscaped with expensive plants which needed constant attention to prevent damage. The house is 37 feet high and had outward sloping gables which require extra caution to prevent accidents.
Antonio Rossi, Dan Rossi and Aarron McQuairre were the main roofers with seven different helpers on the ground when needed on stripping and clean up. The job went very well even though the weather was not very good, Antonio did an excellent job of having the correct materials on hand and the correct materials on hand and the correct flashing's made for a very custom installation. The workers were very polite and have excellent manners. They work as a smooth team with very few interruptions.
I would highly recommend Antonio and his team for any roofing project. They were all easy to work with, they listen very well to concerns and act in a professional manner at all times. I look forward to working with Antonio, Dan, Aarron and Interlock Roofing in the Future.

We we first saw this house just over a year ago we fell in love with it. At the time we realized the original roof, first growth cedar shakes, was due for replacement so we went hunting for s suitable material. When we saw the Interlock roof we sensed it had what was necessary to protect the house as well as compliment its character. Once we saw the results we knew we chose well.
once we started staying in the house we noticed when it rained there was an extra volume of water coming down the valleys where two main roofs came together. It was a small flaw perhaps in the original design but something which required a little ingenuity to remedy. Your installer Antonio managed to drop by just before Christmas to fix another small problem and fortunate a solution for the valley deluge. He managed to do just that a few days after Christmas on his way back up Island. It looks like his remedy is working. I guess time will tell if it lasts as long as the roof. Either way we would like to commend his efforts and thank you all for a job well done.

Before beginning the construction phase of my addition, I had admired a house in Squamish which sported
the Interlock Roofing System, I inquired into the product but was still undecided after my home visit, due
to the fact that I had the means to roof my house myself and save a few pennies. My father was my contractor and had been building custom homes for over 40 years. His approval of the system was
paramount to my acceptance. After weighing all the information, I came to the decision to purchase the
Interlock Roofing System with a big ?thumbs up? from Dad). I did have the means to roof the house myself, how ever, I could not guarantee that I would have those same means in 15 years when the roof required replacement or the funds to pay for another roof (not to mention the repairs the roof would require within those 1 5 years).
My installers (Nick and John) were skilled, friendly and great to have on the job site. They even lent a hand in other areas, in order to avoid delays. The debris was cleared from the yard when the job was complete and the roof was amazing!
It's not uncommon to see vehicles slow in front of my house and take photos. To date, I've had 3 strangers knock on my door inquiring about the roof.
Putting the admirers aside. I cannot express how comforted I feel, knowing that my house is roofed life. There is No doubt in my mind that I chose the right option. A year ago I would have rolled my eyes if someone spoke of their roofing system being ?an investment?, but now I find myself speaking those same words.

Regarding waste stream issues, I am very pleased to note that the interlocking shingles were installable over the existing asphalt shingles, keeping the latter out of the waste stream, and that unavoidable other wastes, primarily aluminum pieces and packaging, were fully recyclable.

I first encountered Ted Rector at the Nanaimo Home Show in 1999. I quickly made an appointment and consequently bought my first interlock roof. We absolutely loved the roof! Not to mention the installation was first rate and the look was superb! Although I thought we would be in that home for several more years, we found a home with an ocean view that I couldn't resist. We sold and made an excellent profit, partially due to the transferable and lifetime warranty on the roof.
Our next home needed the attention to detail immediately from Ted. Our new home in Lantzville when viewed from the road was all roof. And boy did it need a new one! We actually purchased the home knowing that it would be our first priority. But we knew the best representative and the best material for our problem.
Ted suggested the copper "tile look". A little more expensive, but let me tell you, it was well worth it. Our home became a showpiece! And the value soared. No more unsightly tar and gravel on a low roof. No moss! No maintenance! Just pure beauty and the knowledge that we had once again gained the best on the market.

We recently had our aging asphalt roof replaced with your Interlock Roofing System and I must compliment you on your product.
When your salesman made the initial sales call we were presented with a complete roofing system package which looked ideal for our requirements. Upon examining the product I was extremely satisfied with the look and feel of the individual shingle. The installation process was clearly outlined and along with the guarantee was enough for us to go ahead. When the installation was completed by your experienced crew we were very satisfied and looked upon our roof as one of the most desirable in our neighborhood.
As we live on the West Coast I was anxious to see what the results of our winter rain and snow storms would be. With regards to the roof itself, I must say how happy we are that we have at last a roof over our heads that will always be there. We have replaced roofs on other homes twice and we were very disillusioned to think that in 5, 10 or 20 years we would need to do it all over again. It is awesome to know that we will never need to worry about our roof again.
A new roof most certainly increases the value of any home but that value lessens with each passing year in all other types of roofs. We all felt at our home that we should write a letter to your company. It all started the day my husband and I went to the home show in Victoria , just to look. Three Years ago when we bought this home we were told that we needed a new roof, but it's one of those things that no one likes to deal with.
After signing with Ted Rector without even seeing the Video that first meeting we had your competition come and also give us a price, although they were $4000.00 cheaper at their base level equivalent at the mid range (45% more) and unable to show us top range product (no samples) we did not like there product (made in Pittsburgh USA.) they were also unable to produce any financing. We knew we had made the right choice at picking your company.
When the job started the mess of three roofs, (two cedar in-between an asphalt) we felt we had just witnessed a pleasant miracle. I suppose roofer's of another company could have just laid the 2 ton's of mess on our garden. Paul, Dave, Tom and Jeff, took the time to place the plywood over the box's of Interlock to protect the many plants (and I do mean many) then began the process of hand packing the 2 tons (I'm guessing) could be 3 or 4 to the dumpsite on the road.
After 6 day's of work, we miss them at our home. They felt like family. They were all so clean when they arrived that we should of taken a before and after picture of them each day, They were the picture of true "WORKING MEN". Roofers must be a special breed. They worked above and beyond the call of duty, !
So now we have our beautiful roof(s) people are stopping in the street writing down your 1-888 number. When they see us they are asking us all about your company, one gentleman was a designer. We tell them how pleased we are and just look at the great job, Interlock has done. As far as we are concerned, we have the best roof anywhere.
